 Welcome
to our vacation villas which are located in the Villas of Somerset
and are situated just 3.5 miles from Walt
Disney, Epcot, MGM Studios Theme Park in Central Florida and 30
minutes from Orlando’s International Airport. These luxurious
villas are meticulously maintained to insure you the finest in
accommodations.
This 1400 square foot vacation Villa sleeps 8 persons. 3 Bedrooms
and 2 bathrooms with linens and towels provided. However we
recommend that you bring beach or large towels for the pool.
Children are welcome and we provide a crib and highchair for
toddlers at no additional charge. |

Amenities
We take great pleasure in offering
quality accommodations so your family and friends can enjoy a
first class vacation for an outstanding value. The villa's master
bedroom features a queen size
bed, cable TV with remote, walk-in closet, double dresser, and an
in suite full bathroom. The other two bedrooms each contain two
twin beds, a dresser, and a closet. The other full bathroom is in
the hall between the bedrooms. A full size washer and dryer are
also in an enclosed area along the hall. The fully equipped
kitchen features a microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, range and
full size refrigerator. The dining area comfortably seats up to 6.
The living room features a queen size sleeper sofa, matching
loveseat and cable TV with VCR.

 The
clubhouse & pool is just a short walk from our villas. The
clubhouse features a snack bar/convenience center, video rentals,
video arcade, exercise room, and a pool table. The pool area
includes a Jacuzzi and sauna.
Each villa has its own phone number. All local numbers are free.
We do suggest that you either purchase a calling card once in
Florida or to use your own long distance card. |
Suggestions on what to
bring...
- Comfortable walking shoes
- undoubtedly there is a lot of walking, your feet will be
thanking you at the end of the day.
- Items to cover up from the
sun, such as: hats, sun block lotion, and sun glasses -
that Florida sun can get to be a scorcher, also drink a lot of
fluids.
- Bug repellent - in
the summer months the bugs are on vacation too.
- Swimming suits and beach
towels - there is nothing better after spending all day
at the theme parks than returning to the pool or spa for a
relaxing swim.
- Photo and/or video camera
- the only true way to rub it in to your friends and neighbors
how much fun you and your family had on your vacation.
Other Suggestions - when visiting the theme parks,
pack as lightly as possible. Also, if a stroller is coming with
you, invest in the light umbrella strollers which can be found
at any Wal-Mart for approximately $15.00.
