April 19 - June 12 $89.00 per night
August 20 - October 15 $89.00 per night
December 1 - December 18 $89.00 per night
MID SEASON  
January 15 - April 18 $109.00 per night
June 13 - August 20 $109.00 per night
October 16 - November 14 $109.00 per night
HIGH SEASON  
November 15 - November 30 $119.00 per night
December 18 - January 3 $119.00 per night

($60.00 cleaning fee extra)
Add 13% Florida tax to above rates
Terms & Conditions

Deposit of $100 is payable to confirm a reservation.
The balance of the vacation rental total price is payable no more than 30 days before arrival due date.
Cancellation of less than 60 days before arrival due date forfeits deposit.
Cancellation of less than 30 days before arrival due date will result in no refund.
We accept personal checks, money orders (US Funds), PayPal (credit cards)
Information on directions, door entry code etc, will be sent by e-mail 7 days before arrival date.
Check in time 4:00 pm & Check out time 10:00 am.
